Post-termination treasury share holdings: Total 4,125,110 shares (2.17% of voting shares) held directly, total outstanding shares 189,884,601.
Combined with existing direct holdings of 2,494,093 shares.
Planned acquisition amount of KRW 40 billion fully acquired, no shortfall.
