SNT Holdings entered into two private exchangeable bond agreements with PIPE Solution 3 and 4
First EB: 70 billion won, exchangeable for 1,620,632 SNT Energy shares (7.84%), fully exchanged
Third EB: 41.25 billion won, exchangeable for 968,293 shares (4.68%), with 96,829 exchanged as of report date, remaining 871,464 shares
Potential ownership by PIPE Solutions: up to 12.52% of SNT Energy (7.84% + 4.68%)
